The Visit Collection

We at the Organa Boutique proudly present the Visit Collection, a series of DVD titles, which provide comprehensive and compelling guided tours of France's most interesting sites, including her most magnificent museums, cities, castles and countryside.

The Visit Collection started in 1998 when Editions Montparnasse and the Réunion des Musées Nationaux produced a film on the Louvre: Louvre, the Visit. It was an ambitious undertaking to make the great museum known to a wide public and; it was an instant success, as was shown by the sale of 65,000 videocassettes and nearly 10,000 DVD videos within the first few months in France alone.

In 1999, the second film in the collection, Versailles, the Visit, met with similar enthusiasm world-wide, confirming the public's interest in French and European heritage. Today the collection has expanded to include two more virtual tours, Paris, the Visit and France, the Visit. Like the others in the collection, each is filled with joyful discoveries, travel tips and a tremendous amount of information about the history and culture of France and Europe.

While enjoying world-wide renown and acclaim, the Visit Collection has long been difficult to find outside of Europe. Now for the first time, Organa brings the entire collection to the North American market, making it possible for all here to enjoy.
